Expensgo grants you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application for your own individual or household financial tracking purposes.

2. Offline Architecture & User Responsibility for Backups

Because Expensgo is strictly offline-first and does not store your records on any central company servers:

• Data Security on Device: You are solely responsible for safeguarding physical access to your device, your device lock screen, and your Expensgo PIN or biometric credentials.
• Backup Responsibility: In the event of hardware damage, device loss, OS factory reset, or uninstallation, your data cannot be retrieved by Expensgo developers. You are encouraged to regularly export PDF/CSV statements or use the Google Drive backup feature.

3. Financial Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)

Expensgo is a calculation, ledger recording, and budgeting utility. It does not provide certified financial, investment, accounting, or legal advice. Calculations, percentage change indicators, and budget simulations are mathematical estimations intended solely for informational and personal budgeting purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code for malicious modification or redistribution as malware.
• Use Expensgo for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraudulent debt tracking.

5. Intellectual Property

The Expensgo name, logo, graphic designs, icons, UI layouts, and associated documentation are the intellectual property of the Expensgo development team. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Expensgo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expensgo and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this website with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
